SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Information

Thank you for choosing to shop with Shiza. We currently offer shipping to customers within Malaysia only. Once an order is placed, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For delivery within West Malaysia, it will take approximately 3-5 days from dispatch to arrival with our Standard Shipping. For orders placed from East Malaysia, delivery will take approximately 5 - 10 days from dispatch to arrival.

Our current delivery charges:

West Malaysia : RM 7 (2-5 business days)

East Malaysia : RM10 (5-10 business days)

Returns & Exchanges

Our Change Of Mind Refund & Exchange Policy


We will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

​

  1. The item with the original receipt is returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached.

  3. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unironed.

  4. We provide return and exchange for all items except for items specifically stated as non-returnable/exchangeable.

 

Please note that all returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. Our change of mind refund & exchange policy set out above does not affect or limit your consumer law rights and the consumer guarantees under those laws in any way (eg. for items that are faulty or don’t match the description).

How to return or exchange an item

​

Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving your order along with the return form (included with the invoice posted).

Step 1:

Please send an email with your order number, name, address, email, phone number, as well as reason for refund or exchange to customer@shiza.co

Step 2:

Wait for return or exchange confirmation from our customer service representative.

​

Step 3:

After receiving confirmation, you may post the return/exchange item(s) to:

In the event of a refund, your store credit, in the form of a monetary voucher is valid for one year only.

​

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
